Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
1. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
2. The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
3. A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or clearance items.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software or digital products.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@tekenjoy.com with your order details and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label or instructions on how to send the item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and applied to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
1. Check your bank or credit card statement.
2. Contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times can vary.
3. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@tekenjoy.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at support@tekenjoy.com with photos and details of the issue. We will provide further instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
- For defective or damaged items, Tekenjoy will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
